StrategyForge helps you create marketing strategies and content using artificial intelligence. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, and we aim to be clear about how that information is handled.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name and email address. We also maintain account details including your subscription tier and account status.
Business inputs and generated content
We collect the business descriptions, goals, audience information, prompts, and other content you submit. We also store the marketing strategies and assets generated for you, including customer avatars, email sequences, advertising copy, content calendars, and brand voice guides.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. StrategyForge may retain billing identifiers, subscription status, and renewal dates, but we do not receive or store your full credit card number or complete payment credentials.
Contact submissions
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the StrategyForge service.
- Generate AI-powered marketing strategies and content based on the information you submit.
- Process payments, maintain billing records, and manage subscriptions.
- Communicate with you about your account, service changes, security, support requests, and important policy updates.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Your account information and generated content are stored using Supabase and are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
- Your relevant prompts and business inputs are sent to OpenAI to generate the marketing content you request.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate StrategyForge. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
StrategyForge uses essential cookies and similar browser storage to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, and remember necessary service preferences. Stripe may also use cookies or similar technologies during payment processing and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data associated with your account.
- Update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Request an export or portable copy of your data.

- Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
- Generated strategies and marketing content are retained while your account remains active so you can access and reuse them.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.
- Contact-form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless continued retention is needed to resolve your request or meet a legal obligation.
