Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using StrategyForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, free-tier users, and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

StrategyForge provides AI-powered marketing strategy generation. You describe your business, audience, goals, and offers, and the service uses those inputs to generate marketing content and recommendations.

The service may include:

• Customer avatars and audience insights.
• Value propositions, headlines, landing-page copy, and calls to action.
• Email sequences, content calendars, and advertising copy.
• Offer stacks, objection handlers, A/B test ideas, brand voice guides, and related marketing assets.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as we maintain and improve StrategyForge. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available in its current form.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep that information up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password, login links, and other account credentials.
• You may not share your account credentials or permit another person to access the service through your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

StrategyForge offers a free tier with a limited number of generations each month and a Pro subscription priced at $37 USD per month. Current plan details are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.
• Refund requests are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StrategyForge to create, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, probe, bypass, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its security controls.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the service, extract data, or bulk-generate content without our written permission.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a standalone product without substantial modification, added expertise, or original value.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified professional, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide, the content generated through your account, and how you publish, distribute, or otherwise use that content.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

• StrategyForge does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, original, error-free, or suitable for your specific business or intended use.
• You should review, edit, verify, and fact-check all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
• AI systems may produce similar or identical outputs for different users, particularly when users provide similar inputs.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content and its use comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, intellectual-property rights, and third-party platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

StrategyForge and its platform, software, user interface, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by StrategyForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

As between you and StrategyForge, you retain ownership of the business inputs and original content you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the outputs generated for you. However, AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

You grant StrategyForge a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. We do not use your generated marketing content to train AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrategyForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particular business results, or that generated content will meet every requirement.

StrategyForge will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to StrategyForge during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, data handling, or other acts or omissions of third-party services, including Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using StrategyForge and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the platform unlawfully.

Following termination, your access will end and your information will be deleted or retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will continue to apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to StrategyForge, our business practices, third-party services, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will appear on this page with an updated date. We will notify you by email when changes materially affect your rights or obligations.

Your continued use of StrategyForge after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law, disputes relating to these Terms or StrategyForge will be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
